LIMITATIONS OF THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model possessed several shortcomings that ultimately proved to be its replacement. One primary issue was its lack to completely predict the spectra of multi-electron atoms. The model also failed to account for phenomena like quantumbehavior.
